Mr. Paul Otis joined Gordon Prill in 1994 and brings over 24 years of construction experience in overseeing field construction and construction project management. Paul has managed the construction of a number of commercial and industrial projects during his long career. In his current position as Operations Manager in the Construction Division at Gordon Prill, Paul is responsible for managing the firm's pre-construction services such as constructability review, scheduling and cost estimating. He also manages the construction process including quality control of the trades and construction management procedures. Paul works closely with the project construction managers to ensure on-time delivery and cost control. He has worked with such clients as Seagate, CPI, Space Systems Loral and Actel, to name a few.
