Client: Alta Vista Project: Alta Vista headquarters Bldg, Tenant Improvement Building Area: 75,000 square feet Project Value: $4,500,000 Schedule: 4 months Gordon-Prill's Scope of Work: Design and Project Management Project Description: Remodel of an existing building. The work consisted of complete demolition of the interiors, the provision of all new HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, and fire protections systems. New high grade finishes were installed including a complete new lobby and individual offices and conference rooms around the entire perimeter of the building. The open office includes an exposed ceiling design. Individual offices were built utilizing an aluminum storefront glass system. The project was done in phases while occupied.
