Project: Relocation of a Thermal Vacuum Chamber at the Sunnyvale Campus.

Project Description:

  • Design and installation of a new state of the art control system to operate the chamber.
  • A data collection system to collect information during testing.
  • A vacuum pumping system.
  • A LN2/GN2 process system required to operate the chamber.
Scope of Work:
  • Equipment Relocation Planning.
  • Disconnect existing control and process systems associated with the chamber.
  • Design and construct 20,000 square feet of space in an existing building to house the chamber. The new space includes a 1500sf 10k clean room, a testing area, a control room, and office spaces.
