Gordon-Prill, Inc. had overall Project Management responsibility and design-led construction of the building infrastructure, office space, the clean room, and the receiving and shipping area.

The 85,000 square feet of clean room area receives air from 10 air handling units on the roof that supply a total of 650,000 cfm of air.

• Building power is provided by three 2000 KVA double ended substations located around the building perimeter
• Cooling is provided by two 750 ton chillers
• Heating capacity is provided by two boilers producing 39.6 million BTU
