Openings Architect Designer: 1 Position – Entry Level / College Grad Senior Architect:1
Position- 8 to 10 yrs
experience. Preferably Licensed Project Architect wanted for dynamic full service design
and Construction Company. Ideal candidate to have strong production skills
using AutoCAD. This position involves teaming with our in-house mechanical,
electrical and structural engineers to develop a wide variety of project
types from inception through construction. Labs and Clean rooms experience helpful. Education: BA Architecture
Senior Mechanical Engineer: 1 position Licensed Mechanical
Engineer (P.E.) with 7+ years experience in designing HVAC systems for
commercial, office and industrial buildings. Experience should include HVAC
design, plumbing design, and process systems design such as compressed air,
vacuum, process cooling water, gas delivery etc. Management/Supervisory
experience is a plus. AutoCAD experience is a plus. Education: BSME required. Senior Electrical Engineer: 1 position Licensed Electrical
Engineer (P.E.) with 7+ years experience in designing electrical systems for
commercial and industrial facilities including substations; building power
distribution system, lighting and controls, emergency standby and cogeneration
generator systems, uninterruptible power systems, building control and life
safety systems. AutoCAD experience is a plus. Education:
BSEE required. Construction Project Manager: Entry Level or Experienced Duties involve working
with other construction personnel to facilitate proper management of
construction projects. Responsibilities include contract management,
construction scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance and
enforcement of safety policies. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Projects is a plus. Education:
